Karthikeyan Murugan
Founder CEO
Our management team is led by an experienced professional, Karthikeyan M who brings 22 years of expertise in management, technology, and consulting. One standout quality that distinguishes Karthik is his strong customer-focused approach and goal-oriented thinking. Drawing on a wealth of experience and guidance from corporate leadership mentors, the natural progression was to combine their strengths to bring to life their collaborative venture, ‘HummingBrains.
Bhavesh Bhimani
Senior Director - Product Strategy
Bhavesh Bhimani is a results-driven Senior Product Strategist, bringing over 20 years of expertise in technology, finance, and strategic leadership. As part of the senior leadership team, they work closely with the CFO and CIO to shape strategic initiatives, craft executive CSR packages, and deliver transformative programs. With a track record of product optimizations and organizational synergies through digitization of modernized financial products globally, Bhavesh has led enterprise transformations, including ledger divestitures, SOX and IPO roadmaps, and Business Continuity Planning for critical systems. Their Agile and Waterfall mastery has optimized delivery, cutting operational costs while enhancing sustainability metrics.
In addition to their senior leadership role, Bhavesh Bhimani serves as a valued Mentor/Advisory Board member for Hummingbrains, providing strategic guidance and support to our US operations. Their extensive experience and insights are instrumental in driving our growth and success in the American market.
Thirunavukkarasu Subramaniam
Advisory Director - Data Strategy and Management
Thirunavukkarasu Subramaniam brings over 21 years of extensive experience in data management. Currently serving as a Data Specialist at a leading Dutch healthcare data organization in the Netherlands, he has a strong background in handling large-scale data systems and ensuring optimal data governance.
Prior to this role, he gained valuable expertise working with renowned organizations such as Mindtree and Tata Consultancy Services, where he collaborated with multiple high-profile clients, including KPN( Dutch telecom), Bank of America, and American International Group (AIG). his deep understanding of data architecture, analytics, and database optimization makes them a valuable asset to the advisory board.
With a wealth of industry experience spanning healthcare, telecommunications, and financial services, Thirunavukkarasu Subramaniam contributes strategic insights to enhance data-driven decision-making and business growth.
